Aluminum foil cloth is composed of aluminum foil conductive cloth and hot sol. The special flame retardant adhesive is used to form a dense film after compounding. The compounded aluminum platinum has a smooth surface, high light reflectivity, high longitudinal and transverse tensile strength, airtight, watertight, and good sealing performance.
It has the characteristics of high shielding rate, strong material toughness and low price. It can effectively shield the electronic interference generated by any electronic product equipment, and it is also the most suitable material to replace the conductive cloth.
Indoor: It is mainly used for thermal insulation materials of cooling and heating equipment pipelines, noise and sound insulation materials in buildings, rock wool, and outer sheath of ultra-fine glass wool, which play the role of flame retardant, anti-corrosion, heat insulation and sound absorption. The aluminum foil cloth can also be used as moisture-proof, anti-fog and anti-corrosion packaging materials for export equipment.
Outdoor: It is mainly used for the protective dressing of chemical equipment such as petroleum pipelines and steam pipelines, and plays the role of flame retardant, anti-corrosion and heat insulation.
Aluminum foil cloth is suitable for welding and other occasions with sparks and easy to cause fire. It can resist spark splash, slag, welding spatter, etc., which can isolate the workplace, separate the working layer, and prevent the fire danger that may be caused by welding work.
After different coatings or composite treatments (PVC, chlorine tincture, silica gel, aluminum foil, etc.), aluminum foil cloth can achieve different use effects: waterproof, wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, oil-resistant, heat-reflection, improved temperature resistance and heat preservation time. For objects with a temperature greater than 550°C, it is recommended to use vermiculite-coated fire-resistant aluminum foil fabrics or fabrics woven from high silica fibers. The uncoated material of aluminum foil is generally softer and more suitable for covering objects.
The fireproof aluminum foil cloth with the thickness of the aluminum foil cloth less than 0.6mm should be used on a vertical surface, so that the sparks fall after the first contact to avoid breakdown of the fireproof aluminum foil cloth; when using on a horizontal plane, a fireproof aluminum foil cloth with a thickness of more than 0.6mm should be used.
